"I first watched Paul Rae demonstrate his magical skills at a show at the Cults Parish Church in front of an audience of about 80 adults and children. It was obvious from his first trick that Paul was good. It was a trick with cards in which he asked members of the audience to ‘assist’ him. Although there were 6 children assisting him, Paul did not lose control of the trick. Paul used the Tommy Cooper routine in which he appeared not to be able to make the trick work and encouraged the audience to think that we had caught him out, only to show us that he had caught us out. A feature of Paul's show that I liked was the extent to which he invoved the audience, adults and children, and did not simply perform from the front. He made us feel that it was as much our show as his. It was a great show in which he held our attention an hour and a half and earned £400 for the church rebuilding fund."

"Thank you for a fabulous hour of eye- popping fun -the children loved your magic tricks and have been practising with odd pieces of pyjama cord and tabletennis balls all weekend! Magic sets are the order for birthday presents! Best wishes for a 'magic' career from a grateful Warnock" family. July 2013
"Thank you very much for a great performance at the Family Night and on the fair day. I hope you enjoyed performing at both events as much as everyone enjoyed your performances. Thanks again."
